Travel Grants for the 45th Annual General SSI meetingThe 45th Annual General Meeting and the 30th Spring School of Immunology will take place in Geilo, Norway, 2-6 April 2019. Deadline for registration/ abstract submission: 15th February. Travel Grants for PhD students and post-doctoral fellows are available. To be eligible to apply the following 2 criteria must be fulfilled:
1. You are a member of a national society for immunology 2. You are a PhD student or a postdoc having completed your PHD within the last 5 years Please apply travel grants through the https://ssi2019.no website. SSI looks forward seeing you in Geilo.
Grants for Scandinavian Exchange
SSI wants to promote new collaborations between Scandinavian researchers. You are therefore also eligible to apply for a 1000 euro grant from SSI to finance exchange with a lab in another Scandinavian country. Members of SSI (members of the National Immunological Societies are automatically also SSI members) can send their applications by e-mail to Eva Sverremark-Ekström (eva.sverremark@su.se). The application should include information on the place of exchange, duration of the stay including planned dates, a budget with the sum applied, a short description of the project as well as a motivation how this exchange promotes new collaboration. A letter of invitation from the hosting laboratory should also be included. |
